Plastic Auxiliary Agent Powder Deodorant for PVC, ABS, PA6, PP, PET, PS, PVDC
Deodorant CW-02 is a kind of polyolefin-friendly polymer compound developed according to the chemical structure of polyolefin and the characteristics of polyolefin decomposing small odor molecules.
Its molecular chain contains many chemical groups that can react with small odor molecules.
Adding about 1-2% during the processing of polyolefin products can completely react the small odor molecules decomposed in polyolefin.
1. It has strong chemical interaction with small molecules that can be decomposed in polyolefin, and does not change the structure of polyolefin;
2. It has excellent heat resistance and can be used below 400°C;
3. It is non-toxic, free from heavy metals and Halogen content is lower than EU ROHS standard
Usage
1. Before extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, wire drawing or other molding processes, fully mix the deodorant CW-02 with the resin. It is recommended to cooperate with the vacuum process during the processing to reduce the amount used;
2. If the plastic is wet, it should be fully dried. It is recommended to conduct experiments according to the high addition, and then gradually reduce it to optimize the best addition amount;
3. If the smell of the product is high, the amount can be increased appropriately
