Application:

LF-90 is specifically designed for the external filling of loose tube. Its optimum working temperature is room temperature, and as
the temperature increases, its viscosity will gradually decrease.

Features:

It can remain soft at -40 ºC, does not drip at 80ºC . LF-90 is suitable for cold filling because of its thixotropy .It has low hydrogen generation, zero oil separation, excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability.

Compatibility

LF-90 flooding compound for cable is well compatible with high polymer materials,steel and aluminum . But we recommend that the compatibility test should be made before polymer materials are in contact with the compound.

Processing

LF-90 is designed for the cold filling process, avoiding the voids caused by the shrinkage of the compound.
