Product Description

Introduction:

This product is a composite high-performance thermoplastic elastomer, which can greatly improve the impact strength and elongation at break of recycled ABS and HIPS plastics, and greatly meet the needs of more end-use applications.

Features:

1. Adding 3-5 parts of K6A can make the recycled ABS and HIPS improve 3-6 impact strength;

2. High melting index of toughening agent makes the modified materials have better fluidity, and the surface of final products has better gloss;

3. Better compatibility with ABS/HIPS, positively enhancing the elongation at break of regenerated ABS/HIPS;

4. Applicable to the granulation process of the current regeneration and recycling manufacturers.
 

Application Recommendation:

1.In the regeneration of ABS, adding 3-5% can improve 3-6 impact, for the purity of lower ABS, can be used with high rubber powder;

2.In the regeneration of HIPS, add 3%-10%, can enhance the impact of 2-5, can also be used with SBS/SIS.
