Product Description

Introduction: The HDPE C01 is an extrusion-grade recycled HDPE particle. Its raw materials mainly come from recycled large blue bucket materials. It features stable performance, a black appearance, high mechanical strength and modulus, as well as excellent impact resistance.

Application: Suitable for non-pressure pipe applications, including corrugated pipes for drainage, sewage systems, cable and optical fiber protection, and irrigation systems. Also applicable for sheathing, pallets, containers, sheets, and packaging bags.

 High density Polyethylene (HDPE): is a highly crystalline non-polar thermoplastic resin produced through the copolymerization of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefin monomer. HDPE is synthesized under low pressure and is therefore also called low-pressure polyethylene. HDPE is mainly a linear molecular structure and has little branching. It has a high degree of crystallization and high density. It can withstand high temperatures and has good rigidity and mechanical strength and anti-chemical corrosion. This hdpe recycyled material proves clean and free of impurities, it can be directly processed and produced, with characteristics of easy extrusion, good impact resistance, excellent low temperature resistance and can be applied to municipal pipes, water supply pipes, jacking pipes, carat pipes, inner rib pipes, steel belt winding pipes, corrugated pipes, pipe fittings, wood plastic, blowing pipes, blow molding (cardboard, bottle barrel), blow film and other products. it is hdpe extrusion grade for making the water supply pipe, match the pe100 pipe grade pipe.
