Introduction:
This product is a POE-g-MAH elastomer, serving as an efficient toughening agent for nylon. It is suitable for toughened nylon, reinforced and toughened nylon, nylon alloys, recycled nylon,PET, and other products.

Application:
1. Toughening Nylon (PA6/PA66):  Adding 3-15% significantly improves impact strength and elongation at break.
2.Toughening PLA, PET: Dosage 5-10% improves impact strength and compatibility of PLA, PET in twin-screw compounding.
3. Super Tough & Cold-Resistant Nylon: Recommended dosage 12-20%. At -30°C, the notched impact strength can retain 35-40% of the room-temperature performance.
4. Nylon Alloys (PA/PE, PA/PP, PA/PC, etc.): Adding 1-5% as a compatibilizer-toughener to enhance phase compatibility and mechanical properties.
5.Glass-Fiber Reinforced Nylon: Adding 1-5% effectively improves compatibility between PA and glass fiber/fillers, resulting in better overall base properties.
6. Recycled Nylon (Recycled PA6/PA66): Adding 3-15% greatly enhances impact strength and also helps reduce moisture absorption of recycled PA.
7. TPE Overmolding on Nylon: Adding 1-5% improves the adhesion between TPE and PA, preventing warpage and delamination during overmolding.

Note:
Virgin material: Henan Shenma PA66, Grade: EPR27, pre-dried at 105ºC for 4 hours.
Equipment: 35-type Twin-screw Extruder, extrusion temperature 265-295ºC, die temperature 270ºC;
Donghua Injection Molding Machine, standard mold, injection temperature 255-285ºC, pressure 28MPa.
Conditioned at room temperature for 24h after molding, tested in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (23ºC, 50%RH).
