Product Description
Melt flow rate, referred to in this paper as melt index. The higher the melt index, the better the fluidity of the melt. The higher the melt index, the better the flow. In the production process, the higher the melt index, the more material passes through the mold per unit time and the thicker the product under the same process conditions.
R2-1 is a stable and efficient melt finger conditioner for PP and PE. Under high temperature environment, R2-1 disintegrates into small molecules and acts on the molecular chain segments, changing the molecular structure and intermolecular force, changing the viscosity and strength of the melt during processing, and finally adjusting the melt finger to improve the processing performance of plastics.
Usage: R2-1 must be mixed with the raw material when used. For example, if you need to process 1000kg of raw material, choose a 0.3% addition amount. In other words, weigh 3kg of R2-1, mix 1000kg of raw material with R2-1 using a horizontal mixer or other type of mixing equipment, and then transfer the raw material mixed with R2-1 to the processing equipment for granulation or product processing.
Caution: Avoid contact with iron, copper and other metals, and avoid using with reducing agents (such as amines), acids, bases and heavy metal compounds (such as drying agents, accelerators, fatty acid salts), consult relevant technical personnel for details.
