Introduction: This product is MAH graft, the matrix is LLDPE, with stable processing performance, mainly used as low smoke halogen-free cable material compatibilizer, can greatly improve the dispersion and compatibility of magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide and other flame retardants, thus improving the flame retardancy of cable material, reducing the smoke index and improving the oxygen index, and significantly improve the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the material.
Application: As a compatibilizer, it is applied in low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) cable compounds to improve the interfacial compatibility between the polyolefin matrix and inorganic flame retardants. This enhances the flame retardancy of the cable compound, while significantly improving its mechanical properties, including increased tensile strength and elongation at break. The recommended dosage is 5%-10%.
